BridgeTech provides support and maintenance, weekly status reports and scheduled visits.

For new Clients, BridgeTech Systems conducts an overall network assessment and provides a report on both the strengths and weaknesses of the client's network that is then reviewed with the client.

Included in this report is a list of proposed changes that are required to stabilize and improve their environment. Once the improvements have been implemented, BridgeTech will document the client's network to facilitate the support of that environment.

BridgeTech provides ongoing computer, network and database support and maintenance be it Help Desk, Remote and or on Site Support and will custom tailor its support to include remote monitoring, Weekly Status Reports and scheduled on site visits in the Ottawa area.

A key component is the Help Desk which provides instant access to our Technical resources and in many cases problem resolution within minutes.
